Kimber Abair has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Press Ganey and its affiliates. They have held various roles within the company, starting in 2005 as a Lead Consultant, where they managed client relationships and delivered presentations and trainings. They then moved on to become a Regional Service Manager, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring high levels of customer service and client engagement. Kimber also served as a Product Specialist, providing sales expertise to clients nationwide. They later became the Director of Acute Services, responsible for the company's acute business portfolio and collaborating with various teams to develop training programs and evaluate client solutions. In 2016, they transitioned to Director of Client Solutions, driving sales and revenue for strategic market segments and playing a key role in closing large deals. Most recently, in 2021, Kimber became the Senior Director of Solution/Sales Engineer, where they lead presentations for major clients and spearhead the demonstration of Press Ganey solutions to prospective clients. Prior to their time at Press Ganey, Kimber worked at Healthy Community Initiatives managing a federal grant program and at Southfield Village as the Marketing Director and Resident Services Coordinator.
Kimber Abair has a Bachelor of Applied Arts (B.A.A.) degree in Family Studies and Gerontology from Central Michigan University. Kimber also attended Buchanan High School. In 2006, they completed the Supervisory Development Program at the University of Notre Dame and the High Impact Presentations Workshop at Dale Carnegie. In 2008, they completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers. In 2009, they received certification in Enhancing Presentation Skills from RogenSI, and in 2010, they obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
