Previously, Krista held the position of Director of Commercial Operations at Press Ganey, where responsibilities included supporting commercial operations and collaborating on strategic proposals. Krista's background also includes significant roles at HealthStream, where innovations in patient experience content were developed, and Andrews Research and Education Institute, which involved managing educational programming. Additionally, experience as Solutions Support- Applications Systems Analyst at Studer Group provided foundational skills in client support and software implementation. Krista holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Supply Chain Logistics Management and a Master's in Business Administration from UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business.
