Lisa Huang

Lisa Huang is a Senior Analytics & Research Scientist at Press Ganey since July 2019, specializing in the research and development of health care patient experience survey products and managing a cross-functional team to enhance survey response rates. Prior to this role, Lisa served as a PhD Graduate Researcher at the University of California, Davis from 2012 to 2018, focusing on social perception, stereotyping, and intergroup bias, while publishing peer-reviewed articles and supervising undergraduate research. Additional experience includes instructing math at Sylvan Learning Center and assisting in research at both Indiana University Bloomington and the Social Cognition Lab. Lisa holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of California, Davis and a B.S. in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Neuroscience from Indiana University Bloomington.
