Ria Kataria

Ria Kataria is an experienced consultant specializing in patient experience and strategic consulting at Press Ganey since July 2022. Previously, Ria worked as an independent contractor for PEER Services, Inc. from August 2022 to December 2023, providing website and graphic design support. From August 2018 to June 2022, Ria served as a Substance Use Prevention Specialist II, leading a flavored tobacco retail audit in Evanston, Illinois, and contributing to legislative tobacco policy changes. Earlier roles include a graduate research assistantship at Case Western Reserve University, where Ria evaluated tobacco cessation programs, and a volunteer position at Samaritans Mumbai, offering emotional support and organizing mental health outreach initiatives. Ria holds a Master’s Degree in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Sophia College.
