Ryan Baca, MBA, CPXP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Director of Advisory Services at Press Ganey since March 2025, Ryan previously held multiple leadership roles at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, including Care Experience Executive Director and Patient Experience Leader, from August 2016 to March 2025. Additionally, Ryan has been actively involved with Adelante Development Center, Inc. as both Board Chair and Board Member since October 2015. Before these roles, Ryan was the Corporate Communication Lead and Spokesperson at PNM Resources from April 2004 to August 2016, focusing on media relations and employee communication. Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from The University of New Mexico.
