Jena Digiacomo

Jena brings over 20 years of experience working with public and privately held companies in the areas of risk advisory, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and financial accounting and reporting.

Prior to Williams Marston, Jena spent 4 years as Director of Internal Audit at Providence Service Corporation. While at Providence, she managed all aspects of the Company’s internal audit function.

Jena began her career in public accounting and consulting and spent 13 years at a regional firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where she provided assurance services to private clients and oversaw the firm’s risk advisory practice. During her tenure there, she successfully implemented Sarbanes Oxley compliance programs for organizations ranging in size from start-up to fortune 500 companies.

Jena is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Information Systems Auditor and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Akron.
