Shane Bowen, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, serving as a Senior Analytics & Research Scientist at Press Ganey and a Research Statistician at Avatar Solutions. Shane also has experience in the defense industry as a Program Manager at Alion Science and Technology and Section Head/Research Psychologist at Micro Analysis & Design. With a Ph.D. in Applied Experimental and Human Factors Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Shane has conducted research on human-computer interactions throughout their career.
