Stephanie Davis is an accomplished Training and Development Manager at Press Ganey since November 2020, specializing in new hire training and development for the Customer Success Team, while also managing knowledge article updates. Prior to this role, Stephanie spent nearly four years at Binary Fountain™ as a Training and Development Manager and Customer Success Manager, overseeing 27 accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals and upsell opportunities.
