Troy Watson has garnered extensive experience in the culinary industry, starting as a Chef De Partie at Woods River Cruises in 2006. Troy then progressed to various roles such as Sous Chef at Rustic Stone by Dylan McGrath, Brasserie Sixty6, and Bentlys Oyster bar and Grill. Their career took a significant turn when Troy became the Executive sous chef at Fade Street Social - Restaurant - GastroBar - Cocktail Bar, where Troy honed their skills and eventually transitioned to their current role as the Kitchen Operations Manager at Press Up Entertainment Group. Additionally, Troy has also showcased their talent in bespoke catering for various events and functions, demonstrating their versatility as a chef.
