Kareem Pope

Kareem Pope currently works as an IT Specialist at Pressco Technology since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at MRI Software as a Help Desk III from August 2021 to April 2022. With experience at Cision as a Desktop Support Technician from March 2018 to July 2021, Kareem has a background in various IT support tasks including ticket tracking, PC imaging, troubleshooting, application support, Active Directory management, and Okta administration. They support users both onsite and remotely, and are currently pursuing education at Crown College.
