Arinda Loef

Arinda Loef has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked at NH Hotel Group as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator and later as a Duty Manager Trainee. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Conference & Events Executive at Hilton Worldwide. In 2011, Arinda took a break for travel and explored South America. Upon their return, they joined Ad rem Young Professionals and JobVille as a Recruitment Consultant.

In 2013, Arinda transitioned to the software industry, working as a Client Manager at Coosto, a social media monitoring and webcare platform. Arinda managed and developed relationships with clients from various industries. From 2017 to 2018, Arinda worked at Foleon as a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist, where they assisted and advised clients in digital publishing and content marketing.

Upon joining Endouble in 2018, Arinda first served as a Customer Success Manager, guiding clients in implementing recruitment websites and analyzing their results. Later, they took on the role of Implementation Consultant and Project Manager, responsible for translating client requirements into effective solutions. In 2021, Arinda joined Presspage as the Lead, Implementation Manager. Their current role focuses on overseeing the implementation process and serving as the a.i. Product Owner for the Newsroom product.

Overall, Arinda has a strong background in project management, customer success, recruitment, and client relationship management.

Arinda Loef holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotelmanagement from Hotelschool The Hague, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended MTRO, de Rooi Pannen from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management. In addition to their formal education, Arinda has obtained several certifications, including a Spanish Course (A1) from Van Kraaij Educatie in July 2022, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum.org in December 2020, and a Masterclass Recruitment Marketing certification from Academie voor Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie in June 2019.
