Jimmy Beekink has had a diverse work experience since 2014. Jimmy began as an Intern Social Media at BAM Utiliteitsbouw in 2014, where they were responsible for optimizing and analyzing their social media efforts, creating content for their social media platforms and website, and visualizing data. In 2016, they became a Content Marketeer and Front-end Developer at eHealth88, where they were tasked with making a content strategy and improving eHealth88's communication via content creation, as well as webdevelopment duties for their clients. During this period, they also wrote their thesis and graduated from Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. In 2017, they moved to VIP Response BV as a Graphic Designer and Front-end Developer, where they were responsible for creating and coding e-mail templates, creating communication outings both digital and in print, and designing and writing new webpages for the company using HTML, CSS and Javascript. In 2018, they became a Graphic Designer at Profipack Verpakkingsmaterialen, where they were responsible for creating communication outings both digital and in print, product photography, and filling the website with new products and product images. Finally, in 2019, they joined PressPage as a Newsroom Developer.

Jimmy Beekink received their high school degree from Cals College Nieuwegein in 2011. Jimmy then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2011 to 2016.
