Peter Truog has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Peter co-founded Presta in 2022 and is currently serving as a Co-Founder. Previously, they co-founded The Opportunity Exchange in 2018, a company that was later acquired by Bludot, Inc. in 2022. At The Opportunity Exchange, Peter held a leadership role and was responsible for connecting investors and cities through an equity investment marketplace. Before that, they worked as the Director of Civic Innovation and Insight at The Fund for Our Economic Future from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they gained consulting experience at Oliver Wyman, where they held various roles including Associate, Senior Consultant, and Consultant from 2013 to 2016. Peter also had a fellowship with The Fund for Our Economic Future in 2015. Peter started their professional career as a Summer Intern at Oliver Wyman in 2012. Before that, they served as a Peer Advising Fellow at Harvard University from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute in 2011 and served as a Student Ambassador at the USA National Pavilion Shanghai Expo 2010.
Peter Truog attended Belmont Hill School from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued their secondary education. Following that, they enrolled at Harvard University from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a B.A. degree in East Asian Studies.
