Darina Stoyanova has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies. Darina started their career in 1994 as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Rover Group. Darina then worked as an Office Manager at RB from 1996 to 1999. Stoyanova joined Henkel in 2000 and held multiple roles, including Key Account Manager, Head of Key Account Management, Head of Marketing & Key Account Management, and President Henkel Bulgaria and General Manager Laundry & Home Care for Bulgaria, Albania, Romania, and Moldova. Darina successfully led teams, achieved continuous profitable growth, won market leadership, and implemented innovative approaches. In 2014, they joined Prestige 96 AD as the CEO. Overall, Stoyanova has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen throughout their career.

Darina Stoyanova has a Master's Degree in International Business Relations from the University of National & World Economics, Sofia. Darina also attended the IEDC - Bled School of Management for Strategic Tools in 2005-2006. In 2007, they completed a program in Basics in International Management at Cranfield School of Management. In 2010, they attended the IESE Business School for an AMP program.
