Rajat Gandhi is a seasoned finance and asset management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Finance & Business Development at Prestige Group since February 2022, Rajat previously held various roles at Xander Advisors India Pvt Ltd from October 2011 to December 2021, culminating in the position of Director of Asset Management. Rajat's expertise includes managing over 6 million square feet of office, flexible workspaces, and industrial assets across India, along with a proven track record in operations, strategy, risk management, and team building. Prior experience includes an Assistant Manager role at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, where Rajat specialized in assurance and business advisory services.
