Sadie M. Oldham has a diverse work experience in the financial and legal field. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Collections Department Manager at Paul Law Office, where they managed a portfolio of 3600 delinquent accounts and handled various collection tasks. From 2010 to 2013, they joined Johnson Mark, LLC as a Collections Supervisor/Legal Processing Supervisor. In this role, they managed a team of 16, oversaw new account entries, bankruptcy pleadings, and court proceedings, and handled employee hiring and terminations. Since 2013, Sadie has been working at Prestige Financial Services, initially as an AVP and currently as the VP Legal.
Sadie M. Oldham (DM) has a comprehensive education history. Sadie M. started their academic journey in 2008 at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Psychology in 2010. Building upon this foundation, Sadie pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same university, which they completed in 2012.
Recognizing the importance of further specialization, Sadie pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2015. This allowed their to deepen their knowledge in the field.
In 2015, Sadie continued their educational pursuits by earning a G-MDT/Certificate in General Mediation from the University of Phoenix. This certification reflects their interest in conflict resolution and mediation techniques.
Motivated by their passion for organizational leadership, Sadie pursued a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Phoenix. Sadie M. completed this degree in 2021, demonstrating their commitment to academic excellence and elevating their knowledge in the field.
In addition to their formal education, Sadie also acquired several certifications to further augment their expertise. In 2022, they completed the Women's Leadership Institute: 2022 Career Development Series, offered by the Women's Leadership Institute. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Inclusive Leader: Self & Social Awareness from the University of Phoenix in April 2022.
