Bill Gray has had a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Bill started their career in 1994 as the Director of Operations at Hidden Lake Academy, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined Northpoint Senior Services as the Director of Human Resources, before transitioning to Prestige Healthcare Management in 2007 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Bill held this position until 2012, when they were promoted to Senior Vice President. In 2016, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Prestige Healthcare Management, a role they continue to hold. In 2018, they also took on the additional responsibility of being the Director of Employee and Union Relations at Prestige Administrative Services.
Bill Gray attended the University of Louisville from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Administration. Their field of study was focused on Justice Administration.
