Nha Rachel Pavia

Rachel Pavia, NHA has a diverse work history in the healthcare management field. Rachel currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Prestige Healthcare Management since December 2020. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Medilodge of Monroe as an Administrator starting in June 2016. Rachel then transitioned to Medilodge of Taylor in December 2019, where they held the position of Senior Administrator until December 2020. Rachel also gained valuable experience at Life Care Centers of America, where they served as both an Executive Director from July 2015 to June 2016 and an Administrator in Training from January 2014 to July 2015. Rachel'searlier experience includes working at Rivergate Health Care Center and Rivergate Terrace as an Assistant Staff Development Coordinator from March 2009 to December 2013.

Rachel Pavia, NHA began their education in 2008 at Wayne County Community College District. Rachel achieved an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration, completing their studies in 2012. Subsequently, Rachel pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Eastern Michigan University, from 2012 to 2013.
