Nick McDonald is the Founder, Director, and CEO of Prestige Inhome Care. Nick has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Nick began their career as a Registered Nurse with Southern Health in 1997. Nick then transitioned into business development and management, spending 8 years with Stanhope Healthcare. In 2005, they founded Prestige Inhome Care, which provides in-home care services for seniors and people with disabilities.

Under Nick’s leadership, Prestige Inhome Care has become one of the leading in-home care providers in Australia. The company now employs over 1,000 people and operates in multiple states across the country.

Nick McDonald has a MBA from RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma in Children's Nursing from Monash University, and two Bachelors in Nursing from La Trobe University and Monash University.
