Prior to this, Cavell worked as a Customer Service Representative at Five Star Insurance & Business Services LLC from February 2019 to January 2020, and held roles at Jamaica National General Insurance from July 2006 to August 2018, including Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Technology, Jamaica (2002-2006) and an Associate's degree in Insurance from the College of Insurance and Professional Studies (2007-2010).
