Ashwin Dias

Ashwin Dias is the Co-Founder and CEO of Presto, focusing on creating reliable and affordable electric vehicle charging solutions to promote mass electrification and combat climate change. An advisor for Cornerstone Venture Partners Fund since January 2020, Ashwin previously served as the Global Head of Vehicles & Electrification at Uber from January 2015 to November 2022, where efforts included developing a vehicle marketplace and assisting drivers in transitioning to electric vehicles. Ashwin's career at Uber also included roles such as Sub-Regional General Manager for South USA and Head of Marketing for India, where significant marketing campaigns were launched. Prior experience includes being the VP of E-commerce and Mobile at Zoomin.com and a Senior Consultant at KPMG. Ashwin holds a PGDM in Strategy and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from RV College of Engineering, and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School focusing on Leadership and Culture.
