Rachel Stringfellow

Rachel Stringfellow is an accomplished policy manager with extensive experience in economic advisory and strategic commissioning across various sectors. Currently serving as Policy Manager at Preston City Council since October 2019, Rachel previously worked at Bury Council as Change Management Team Leader and Senior Economist, providing vital support for older people's and mental health services. Rachel's background includes roles as Economic Advisor at the UK Department of Health and Defra, as well as a Senior Consultant at LMC International Ltd, where contributions were made to significant agricultural economic studies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Master's in Environmental Economics from UCL, an MS in Agricultural Economics from the University of East Anglia, and a BA in History and Spanish from the University of Oxford.
