Rachel Huntman

Rachel Huntman, CPA, currently serves as the President and Owner of Preston Feather Building Centers, where responsibilities include leading strategy, operations, finance, and team development for a key distributor of lumber and specialty building materials in Northwest Michigan. Rachel has prior experience as the Director of Operations and Project Manager at Preston Feather, focusing on operational improvements and project management. Earlier roles include Assurance Manager and Senior Associate at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, where Rachel managed audit engagements across diverse industries. In addition, Rachel co-managed a start-up bookstore/cafe and gained initial experience in financial services during an internship at Baker Tilly. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management with an emphasis in Accounting from Albion College, complemented by international study at John Cabot University in Rome, and ongoing graduate studies at Keller Graduate School of Management.
