James Skuthorp

James Skuthorp has extensive experience in the property sector, currently serving as Director at Preston Rowe Paterson since August 2016, a firm known for its comprehensive property services across Australia and New Zealand. In 2016, James co-established Preston Rowe Paterson Dubbo and Central West alongside Tom Needham, driven by a shared commitment to the community and the property valuation industry. Prior to this role, James was a Senior Valuer at Aspect Property Consultants from May 2006 to August 2016, where services were provided across various property types, including rural, residential, commercial, and industrial. James holds a Bachelor of Business in Property Economics from Western Sydney University, completed between 2002 and 2004, and is an alumnus of St Ignatius College, Riverview, graduating in 2000.
