Alex Kaplan has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2012, they worked as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger. The following year, they joined Emerson Network Power as a Design Engineer. From 2013 to 2019, Alex worked at AY Manufacturing, Ltd., starting as an Engineer in Quality Control and then moving on to roles such as Assistant Manager of Production, Production Manager, and finally Senior Operations Manager. In 2019, they joined Prestress Services Industries, LLC as the Director of Process Improvement and later became the Vice President of Operations in January 2021.
Alex Kaplan received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, which they attended from 2007 to 2012. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Alex continued their education at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2017 to 2020 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
