Damian Weaver

Damian Weaver has extensive work experience in the fields of finance and human resources. Damian began their career at Beam Suntory in 1989, where they worked as a Finance Business Partner for 17 years. In 2006, Damian joined Pret A Manger as a Senior Business Partner and eventually progressed to the role of Head of Pay & Reward. From 2019 to 2022, they held the positions of Global Head of Reward and Support Centre Resourcing, as well as Global Reward and Support Centre Resourcing Director. Throughout their career, Damian has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and management, as well as strategic human resources and reward management.

Damian Weaver attended Cheadle Hulme High School from 1981 to 1988, but did not earn a degree or pursue a specific field of study.
