Bodie Colwell

Bodie Colwell is a Partner at Preti Flaherty, specializing in assisting banks and businesses in recovering money owed to them. Colwell is also an Of Counsel Attorney in the Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights and Business Restructuring group at the Portland office. Prior to this, Colwell worked as an Associate Attorney at Bernstein Shur and as a Project Manager and Senior Research Assistant at The Consumer Bankruptcy Fee Study. Colwell has a JD from the University of Maine School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine.
