Jeffrey Thaler, currently serves as Of Counsel at Preti Flaherty, where Jeffrey represents clients on clean energy, offshore wind, climate strategy, and environmental matters. Prior to this, Jeffrey was a Professor at the University of Maine, teaching Energy Policy, Law & Ethics, and also served as Associate University Counsel. With a background as a Partner at Bernstein Shur, where Jeffrey co-chaired the Energy and Environmental Law Practice Group, Thaler brings a wealth of experience in trial and civil litigation law. Thaler holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Experiential Education from Williams College.
