Kenneth Rubinstein

Kenneth Rubinstein is a Lecturer in Law at Boston University School of Law and serves as the Director / Co-Chair of the Construction Law Practice Group at Preti Flaherty. With extensive experience in construction law, Kenneth has also held positions at Nelson Kinder + Mosseau, PC and Morrison, Mahoney & Miller. With a JD from Boston University School of Law, Kenneth also has a BA in Political Science / Business Management from the University of Rochester.
