Donna Winston

Donna Winston has extensive experience in senior executive roles within the financial services industry. Currently, at Pretium since June 2017, Donna serves as Chief Talent Officer following a tenure as Senior Managing Director/Senior Advisor. Previous positions include Chief Administrative Officer at UBS O'Connor from April 2016 to April 2017, and Global Head of Human Resources at BlueCrest Capital Management from September 2013 to April 2016. Donna's career began at Goldman Sachs, where a distinguished tenure lasted from July 1987 to August 2012, culminating in the role of Managing Director. Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from St. Lawrence University between 1981 and 1985.
