Georgina Studer

Georgina Studer has an extensive background in process improvement and business transformation. Georgina currently holds the position of Director Business Transformation Services at Pretium, where they lead the implementation of complex business strategies and serves as a strategic driver for transformation. Prior to this, they worked at Edelman Financial Engines as a Senior Process Optimization Lead, supporting enterprise-wide process optimization initiatives. Georgina also gained experience at Lincoln Financial Group as a Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant, providing expertise and direction in process transformation. Georgina has also held roles at KATERRA as a Supply Chain Program Manager, and at Benchmark Electronics, Inc. in various positions including Lean Sigma Corporate Manager, Process Engineering Manager, and Lean Manager. Georgina began their career at Flextronics as a Lean Coordinator and Lean Engineer. Overall, Georgina Studer has demonstrated a strong capability in driving process improvement and transformation across multiple organizations.

Georgina Studer's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac. Georgina completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in 2007. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Georgina Studer also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they completed a certification in Change Management from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara.
