Jennifer Jones-Jarc

Jennifer Jones-Jarc has a strong background in legal and compliance, with their most recent role as Director Legal and Compliance at Pretium starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Goldman Sachs as Vice President, Associate General Counsel from 2018 to 2021. From 2012 to 2018, they served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. Jennifer also has experience as General Counsel at Snelling Holdings, LLC from 2009 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Corporate & Securities Associate at Andrews Kurth LLP from 2007 to 2009 and as a Structured Finance Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft from 2005 to 2007.

Jennifer Jones-Jarc has an extensive education history. Jennifer obtained their J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where they studied law from 2001 to 2004. Before that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in American Studies at Penn State University from 1998 to 2001. Jennifer's undergraduate education took place at The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/History from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer Jones-Jarc has also obtained a certification in Basic Mediation Training under TX Civ Prac & Rem Code Sec. 154.052(a) from the Dispute Resolution Services of North Texas, Inc. in February 2016.
