Katie Hargrave

Katie Hargrave has a diverse background in human capital and consulting, currently serving as an Associate and previously as an Analyst at Pretium since July 2021. Prior experience includes an Associate Consultant role at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and several positions during her time at St. Lawrence University, including involvement in Women in Business, the Academic Honor Council, and Habitat for Humanity. Katie has also worked in various customer service and leadership roles, such as President of Kappa Kappa Gamma and Assistant Manager at Monelle. Education was completed at St. Lawrence University from 2016 to 2020, along with a High School Diploma from Duxbury Public Schools.
