Richard Ralph

Richard Ralph is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Pretty Green since June 2009, Richard played a key role during its acquisition by Frasers Group Plc in December 2022. Prior to this position, Richard held the CEO role at JD Group Plc, which occurred after its acquisition in March 2019. In earlier roles, Richard was the Chief Executive Officer at Inuk Networks from May 2007 to April 2009, where the company was acquired by Move Networks - EchoStar in March 2009. Richard also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ubiquity Software from June 2000 to May 2007, witnessing its acquisition by Avaya Inc. in February 2007. Before joining Ubiquity Software, Richard worked as Group Financial Controller at Deloitte between September 1995 and June 2000, contributing expertise in assurance, advisory, corporate recovery, corporate finance, and internal finance.
