Larissa Donato

Larissa Donato is a skilled UX researcher currently employed at IBM since December 2021, specializing in user experience projects across various industries, with a focus on the oil sector. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing research to center the user's voice in the design process, identifying pain points, and revealing opportunities for improvement and business growth. Additionally, Larissa is a member of PretUX, a community dedicated to enhancing the representation of Black individuals in the UX field. Previous experience includes an internship at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive, where research design and user studies were supported, and roles at Concentrix, ranging from insurance analyst to administrative apprentice. Larissa holds a degree in Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and attended Instituto Tecnológico de Barueri from 2012 to 2014.
