Jennifer Groves is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning from 2000 to the present. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist HR Process at The Hershey Company since April 2023, Jennifer previously held the role of Corporate Benefits & HRIS Systems Improvement Manager at Pretzels, Inc., where responsibilities included developing and administering benefits programs and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Additional roles at Pretzels, Inc. included Human Resources Manager and Plant Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at General Stamping & Metalworks in various capacities, including Sales Engineering Coordinator and Human Resources Associate, along with positions at A' Homestead Shoppe, Inc. and Clearcall, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Ancilla College.
