David Johns II

David Johns II serves as the Chief Retail Officer at Prevail Bank since March 2021, providing strategic leadership across retail banking, mortgage, and marketing, while focusing on enhancing customer engagement and branch cost-effectiveness. David is part of the Executive Leadership team, responsible for customer experience and sales outcomes, and acts as a community liaison. Prior to Prevail Bank, David held positions at Wells Fargo as Vice President - Regional Banking District Manager and Branch Manager, where David managed extensive teams and regional P&L strategies. David also has experience as a Senior Licensed Banker at Bank Mutual and a Personal Banker at Associated Bank. Currently pursuing education at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, David holds a Liberal Arts degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
