Richard Gengler

Richard Gengler is the Founder and CEO of Prevail Health, a health care technology company established in February 2008 that delivers award-winning Web-based behavioral health and wellness programs to the US federal government, focusing on mental health issues within the Veteran and military communities. Prior to this role, Richard Gengler served as an Associate at Dunrath Capital, Inc. in 2007, where the firm specialized in growth equity investments. From 2003 to 2006, Richard Gengler held the position of Operational Test Director at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Nine (VX-9) in China Lake, CA, overseeing testing and evaluation of weapons for the US Naval Aviation Fleet. Richard Gengler began military service as an F/A-18 Pilot in the US Navy from 1999 to 2003, earning an Air Medal with distinction for combat service during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
