Matthew Kennedy began their work experience as a Technical Recruiter at Experis in March 2015. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for client specifications. Matthew also scheduled interviews and developed long-term relationships with candidates.

In March 2016, Matthew joined Prevalent Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Expert. Prevalent Inc. is a vendor risk and cyber threat intelligence innovator. In this role, they worked closely with leaders in information security, compliance, and risk management to develop software solutions that help organizations reduce, manage, and monitor security threats and risks associated with third-party business relationships.
