Samira Ouaaz

Samira Ouaaz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Samira started their career in 1997 as a Senior Design Engineer at Ericsson, where they worked on designing real-time, multiprocessor, distributed, and scalable telecommunications platforms. Samira also designed the Decoder-Encoder engine for the IS-41 protocol and the SS7 interface to the Jambala platform.

In 2000, Samira Ouaaz joined EmpowerTel as a Team Leader, responsible for the SS7 Signaling Gateway for a VoIP switching system. Samira was involved in the specification, configuration, management, integration, and documentation of the SS7 component.
