Craig Melton

Craig Melton has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Craig began their career in 2001 as an Account Executive at SAVVIS Communications. In 2003, they moved to Windstream Communications Telecom as a Senior Account Executive. In 2004, they were promoted to Sales Director at Deltek. In 2008, they joined SpringCM, a DocuSign company, as an Enterprise Sales. In 2011, they moved to Privia as an Enterprise Sales and sold Docusign (SpringCM) ECM (Enterprise Content Management) cloud-based content services to the government and commercial clients focusing on Contract management and Resume management, as well as SaaS/Cloud and On-Premise software for managing the Opportunity, Proposal, Past Performance, and Task Order process. In 2017, they joined DecisionPoint Corporation as Vice President Emerging Technologies and was responsible for Strategic Market Development, Go-to-Market Strategies, Business Development Infrastructure, Process and Practices, Opportunity Identification, Evaluation & Analysis, Partnering/Channel Management Analysis, Capture Support, Management & Operations Development, Competitive Assessment and Congressional Initiatives. Craig also joined VisibleThread as an Enterprise Sales and was responsible for providing C-Suite Executives with detailed data to increase effective communications, make effective Bid/No bid decisions, and reduce risk in proposal and contracts. In 2021, Craig Melton joined PreVeil as an Enterprise Sales and is responsible for PreVeil's zero trust, end-to-end encryption platform which helps organizations meet and exceed compliance mandates for secure emails and files in areas such as the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Universities and Commercial firms for (CMMC, ITAR, DFARs, NIST 800-171), Ransomware, Incident Response, and more.

Craig Melton obtained a Masters in Telecommunication Management from George Mason University and a BA in Psychology from the same university. Craig also attended Lake Braddock Secondary School.
