Emily deBettencourt

Director of Customer Success at PreVeil

Emily deBettencourt has worked for a number of companies since 2012. Her first role was as an Account Manager for Emergent, LLC in 2012. Emily then worked as a Business Development Representative for MicroStrategy in 2013, followed by a Customer Success Manager role for Binary Fountain a Press Ganey solution in 2015. In 2016, they joined In Case of Crisis by RockDove Solutions, Inc. as a Director of Client Success, then as a Client Success Team Lead, and finally as a Senior Client Success Manager. In 2021, they became the Head of Account Management for Signal Vine, a Modern Campus Company. Most recently, they are working as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for PreVeil.

Emily deBettencourt received a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.
