Suzanne Ramponi

Suzanne Ramponi has worked in various roles since 1996. Suzanne began their career as a Sales Manager and Technical Recruiter at Aerotek. Suzanne then moved on to Aspect Software as a Senior Technical Recruiter in 1998. In 2000, they became a Staffing Manager at Airvana, where they were responsible for the strategic and tactical aspects of Staffing and Human Resources. In 2018, they became a Child Enrichment Coach at Roots and Wings for Kids, where they enriched children to enhance positive self-esteem and self confidence. In 2015, they founded Your Soul Discovery and became a Certified Professional Life Coach, helping women identify and navigate challenges unique to them. Currently, they are the Head of Recruitment at PreVeil.

Suzanne Ramponi graduated with a BA in Psychology from Assumption University. In October 2015, they obtained a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching. In April 2017, they obtained a WISDOM Life Coach certification from Adventures in Wisdom Inc.
