Cadmus Rich

Cadmus Rich is the treasurer at Prevent Blindness. Cadmus previously worked as the Therapeutic Unit Head (TUH) at Alcon Laboratories, Inc, and Senior Director at Quintiles. Cadmus also has experience as a Board Member, VP of Medical Affairs and Clinical Development, and Medical Director.

Cadmus has a wealth of experience in the medical field, spanning over a decade. Cadmus first started out as a Medical Director at the American Institute of Healthcare and Fitness in 2006. Cadmus then went on to work as a VP of Medical Affairs and Clinical Development at Inotek Pharmaceuticals from May 2015 to September 2017. Most recently, they have been working as the treasurer at Prevent Blindness.

Throughout their career, Cadmus has made it their mission to help others through their work in the medical field. Cadmus has helped develop Alcon's IOL product portfolio and worked with Alcon's global medical affairs to maximize brand value and differentiation. Cadmus has also been instrumental in Quintiles' Integrated Patient and Site Strategies Team as well as their Global Head of Pathways and US Head of Quintiles Prime Sites. In their current role at Prevent Blindness, Cadmus is continuing their work to help others by working to prevent blindness and preserve sight.

Cadmus Rich has a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) from the American College of Physician Executives, an MBA in business administration from Regis University, and an MD in medicine - ophthalmology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Cadmus also has a BA in psychology from Case Western Reserve University.
