Julie Grutzmacher

Julie Grutzmacher has worked in the healthcare and social work field for over 13 years. Julie is currently the Director of Patient Advocacy & Public Health Initiatives at Prevent Blindness. Julie has also worked as a Senior Research Project Manager at the University of Chicago, a Care Coordinator at Access Community Health Network, and a Neonatal Social Worker Case Manager at Rush University Medical Center. Julie has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago and as an Activities Coordinator at House of the Good Shepherd Chicago.

Julie Grutzmacher holds a Master of Public Health degree from Walden University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago - Graduate College. Julie also holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree with a minor in English Writing from Winona State University. Julie is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) through CorePower Yoga.
