Hiep Duong

Hiep Duong has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career as an IT Intern at Aptech in 2014. They then moved on to the University of Cincinnati, where they served as an IT Support Technician and a Website Designer from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they worked as a System Reliability Engineering at GE Digital and as a Client System Administrator at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. From 2018 to the present, Hiep has been employed at Preventice Solutions, initially as a Technical Analyst and later as an Application Support Engineer. Their responsibilities included troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, and maintaining computer systems. In 2021, Hiep joined Boston Scientific as a Software Engineer, where they are involved in software development and documentation.

Hiep Duong pursued higher education at the University of Cincinnati's College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services. From 2013 to 2017, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
