Tashetha Trotter has several years of work experience in various roles. Tashetha started their career in 2010 at Pappas Seafood House as a Banquet Server, Server, Host, and Trainer. In 2013, they worked as an Operator at Rite Response Answering & Call Center Services. Later that year, they joined Olive Garden Cafe Bar and Grill as a server, host, and trainer, where they greeted and entertained guests, advised about specials, and assisted in training new hires. Tashetha then worked at Houston Chronicle as a Subscriber Services Representative, where they assisted in the training process of new hires and created step-by-step procedures for call handling. In 2015, they joined Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. as an Employee Benefits Specialist and later became a Supervisor, overseeing a team. Currently, Tashetha is working at Preventice Solutions as a Revenue Cycle Quality Analyst, responsible for ensuring the quality of the revenue cycle process.

Tashetha Trotter obtained their high school diploma in Computer Science from George Washington Carver H.S. in the period of 2002 to 2006. After that, they pursued further education and acquired an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Lamar University from 2006 to 2008. Later on, in 2011 to 2012 they attended the College of Healthcare Professions, where they earned a certificate in Medical Coding and Billing.
