Josephine M. Colacci, Esq. is the CEO of Colacci Consulting, LLC, a government affairs consulting firm established in 2010, providing expertise in advocacy and lobbying across all 50 states and Congress. Colacci has held key positions in various organizations, including Director of Government Affairs for HSPA, where a government affairs department was developed, and Acting Executive Director at the Preventing Tobacco Addiction Foundation, managing staff and drafting tobacco control legislation. Additional roles include Senior Director of Government Affairs for the Association of Surgical Technologists, and government affairs consultant for FanDuel, NDS360, and Quantgene, where significant legislative contributions have been made in areas such as sports betting and DNA gene sequencing.
