Alberto Espiricueta

Program Assistant at Prevention Institute

Alberto Espiricueta (he/him) hails from Southeast Los Angeles and advocates for complete community between humans, flora, and fauna. He will work across both the Healthy Equitable Communities and Safety and Well Being Teams. More specifically, Alberto will support the P3 project, and serve as an integral part of the Health Equity and Racial Justice team. Prior to joining the Prevention Institute, he graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in government and a minor in environmental studies. Alberto has worked at The Planning Report covering LA planning news and at Enterprise Community Partners assisting in the production of affordable housing in LA. On his free time, Alberto volunteers with East Yard Communities for Environmental Justice on issues such as tenant justice and active transportation.
