Tennille Cilia has extensive experience in the field of workplace injury risk reduction and safety. Tennille currently holds the position of Managing Director at Preventure since March 2023. In their previous role as Head of Customer Success ANZ at the same company, they closely worked with organizations and safety professionals to reduce workplace injury risk using wearable technology, video analysis, and valid, reliable data. Prior to that, Tennille worked as an Occupational Health Safety Environment Quality Coordinator at FBT Transwest from June 2014 to December 2016. Tennille also worked as a Return to Work Coordinator at Northern Health from September 2011 to May 2014, and as a Workcover Advisor at Crown Melbourne Limited from December 2010 to September 2011. Tennille started their career at Allianz Insurance as a High Risk Case Manager from October 2005 to December 2010.
